What have you learned about leadership?
I would say that leadership is head, heart, and hands/feet. Leaders should think creatively about how to solve problems and how to present solutions clearly and smartly. Leaders should share it not only strategically but with passion in order to motivate people to get engaged in the solution. Leaders should model and do together, giving everyone involved a sense of belonging and ownership of their part of the solution.

True Leadership is not a job description… it is holistically.
