My motivation for fundraising: I want to serve God in evangelization. I want to professionalise our work. This is not possible without paying the staff (volunteers can help but also quit quickly).
There is nobody in our organization, who is responsible, capable, and professional with fundraising.
2. How would you describe your current mindset when it comes to fundraising? Are there any areas in which you might need a mindset shift?
Sometimes I feel like only asking for money. I need to be reminded on the purpose of our fundraising.
I feel demotivated with the mindset of my colleague.
