It seems as though the board are not 100% aware of their role as it was not communicated with the growth of the organization. It frustrates Amado.
2. If you were a consultant to NorthStar what would your counsel be to Amado?
I would encourage Amado to put a board document together and discuss it with his board.
3. What would your advice be to the board of directors of NorthStar?
To challenge Amado to make the right decision and support him through suggestions, questions and guidelines. Maybe even getting involved with assisting with funding.
