What will you do to improve?
I feel overwhelmed by the current responsibilities amidst all other stuffs that I also building in my personal life. However, I really like working on the emerging strategies that provides challenge and learning/growth opportunities. As I was overwhelmed, I rarely think about the future of this organization and the division I’m leading.
To do: delegate, passing on the leadership, probably start thinking on building great leaders.
