What have you learned about leadership?
Leadership has a very broad and powerful impact on those who are led. One must be careful about taking a leadership role without much prayer and a clear calling from the Lord. Likewise a leader must be continuously connected to the Lord through prayer and the Word as he/she moves forard to lead ohers with all that includes.
How will this affect your life, your family, your leadership, and your organisation?
I will continue to undertamd that leadership is a gift and a resource to be used by God, for God and in Him alone.
