Our strategic plan is integrated and courageous – strongest part of strategic plan.
Weakest – It appears that it was one person’s vision not developed with collaboration, not sure that it is based on known facts, it should be long term but we are required to develop things too fast. There is no buy-in from current staff.
Unclear – Are the things that we are doing really what the grantees wants or just what we think they should have. What happens after the initial development, is Stoller going to want to continue paying for things for the grantees? Staff don’t feel they are part of the solution, they feel told to do something and if they don’t hit the deadlines that are not realistic then they are beat up for it.
