TA leaving the org. to start another org. did not see that he was leaving, tho others did. He not plan for this, and it cost the org. at least 8-10 years or more

Leaving the Gulf, I assumed I was leaving a leader behind, but that leader did not have the capacity to move it forward and to hold the vision.

As leaders we have often have aspects of our leadership that are like Redwoods, drawing energy to ourselves, and that are like Rainforests, enabling other leaders to rise up. In what ways are you being a Redwood at the moment?
