I think that they are, compared to the board members that we have now.
2.2 What is the most challenging of these attributes to find in candidates?
I think it is missional alignment. I am not sure if all donors/leaders that are part of the ministry have the clearest idea about the mission. So there might be a disconnect or different expectations getting new board members in.
