Please write down at least one example of each.

In Church the 2 Tim 2:2 principle is a beautiful example of how discipleship dovetails with leadership development, and faithful followers are mobilized to take ownership of younger believers and even ministries within the church and beyond. Good leadership is life-giving in this sense. Leadership sees the potential in those they lead and calls it out of them. They see what the followers sometimes don’t see in themselves and encourage them to be strong and courageous in taking the lead and the responsibilities which go with it.

When leadership does not create movement, can it be called leadership at all? There is stagnation, and people are left underdeveloped and often frustrated and discouraged. This has happened in my environment also when leaders are distracted by their own problems, needs or even insecurities.
