Where have I seen leadership?
I`ve experienced good leadership in a previous work environment. It was in an Research and Development environment.
The CEO was an excellent visionary and strategist and had the ability to continuously motivate me to be more innovative, practical and outcome focused.
The employees and the company excelled in our achievements.
I experienced some good leaders whilst serving in the police force who motivated me to grow in rank.
Lack of leadership:
The CEO of a previous company was essentially, a creative person. He had no ability to communicate, structure, motivate or move any of the personnel to achieve anything. It was chaos and the company did not survive for very long.
