Write your answers about good and bad leaders in the space below.

I knew a church leader who was in charge of the church office and staff, and he was so good at seeing the potential in the staff. He always made time to listen and to give opportunities to grow and discover the things he saw in every individual. He moved them from a lack of personal vision and direction to where they could believe in their abilities and calling. What the leader could have done better, was to be firmer when correction was required.

I once knew a bad leader, who was quite a natural leader, but he refused to submit to the ones above him or only did so on his own terms. He lead many to also be rebellious and stand up against the higher levels of leadership. It caused a lot of cause and hurt. He could have avoided it all by just trusting God in the process and submitting under his leadership.
