ما الذي تعلَّمْتُهُ عن القيادة؟*
that there are good and bad leadership
that a leader helps others move and build bridges
that leadership affects all aspect of the organization
that providing care is not leadership but is part of it
كيفَ سيُؤَثِّرُ ذلكَ على حياتكَ وعائلتِكَ وقيادتِكَ ومنظَّمتِك؟*
embrace the call and provide good leadership
when you are a leader it is reflected in all aspect of your life including family and not just the organization you lead
because of these reflections, by God’s grace, I am embracing His call and see how I can use leadership to see transformation of myself, of my family, the church, and organzation, and others God will bring to my life.
