In this course we dive into the crucial concept of stewardship in the context of an organisation’s mission. We explore the importance of cultivating the mission, monitoring and measuring progress to ensure that every aspect of the organisation aligns with and advances the mission.

In this course, we will focus on understanding and defining the core mandates and responsibilities of a ministry board of directors. We will divide the core responsibilities into four core categories: Organisational Direction, Capacity, Performance, and Governance.

The core of Christian leadership is union with Christ and living fellowship with the eternal triune God.
