1. What does your drawing tell you about your organisation?
Too many drivers on the bus, too many people sitting in the same seat, some seats are empty and needing to be filled. The gas is half empty meaning we can’t go as far as we would like. The tyres are a big flat as the bus is moving but tired and is also going in different directions and not one clear direction.
