Express your desire to God
Lord I do truly want to be like you, to learn from you, to be humble, to be a leader that serves others. Forgive me Lord for being proud, arrogant and sometimes leading with coercive, reward, positional and expert power, this is not what I want. Help me through your Holy Spirit to love and lead those who you have placed in my life. Lord I pray I will always humble myself to you and your ways, not my ways, keep me grounded and teach me to lead as you would have me lead. Lord let me not be selfish but selfless and to see others better than myself and to lead them to a better place in every area of their lives. I pray this in Jesus name, Amen.
