Through my career in TFF, I have personally been moved by the actions and encouragement of the leaders, not just on a professional level but also on a personal level. I have learned, taken on new responsibilities, and been inspired to finally become the one who inspires. However, I have also seen, for example, in a church where they failed to choose a good leadership team and kept it all to a single person. The leader was taking the whole congregation to a lower level, where bad decisions were made, relationships were lacking, and other aspects were not met. As a result, people moved, but outside of the church.
