Joseph’s role was to submit himself to God’s sovereign plan. He had dreams from a young age that nudged the direction that God would take him. Even through very difficult circumstances of being sold to slavery, being in prison, being tempted, he stayed true to his integrity. he did not retaliate but rather allowed God’s plan to unfold.
