Lord, thank you for constantly reminding me and teaching me about leadership.
You are the greatest servant leader. Thank you for the Bible that tells us how to be more like you.
Forigve me for the mang times I lead out of convenience, for ahowing partiality, for choosimg comfort, for not validating them, for not telling the truth, for avoiding confrontatins, for all the wrong motives, for the negative thoughts, for the wrong judgments, for the wrong decisions, for not modeling well, for unrighteousness, unholoness, impurities, lack of love, patience, understanding, self-control, and justice, for being conceited, arrogant, and self-sufficient…
I can go on with the list and I want your forgiveness and mercy and grace.
Make me a servant humble and meek. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
