Where I have seen leadership?
I have seen effective leadership in some organizations. They built second line leadership and concentrated on developing the potential of people. They have the heart to serve people and help them grow spiritually and also their skills. They frequently communicated with their people and evaluated progress over time. Accountability structures and systems were in place and prayer was an integral part of the lives of all. The leaders practiced what they taught and motivated the people to become better in their spiritual lives and professional lives.
