I am comfortable, affable with people; love to tell stories that draw people to the work; love relationship building.
2. Which aspects of fundraising do you find most challenging? In other words, in which areas do you feel the need to improve?
The real need to sort people by how much money they have, give attention only to those with biggest potential. All people have equal worth so I am not sure how to square these competing thoughts. It feels icky.
