Can you see your organisation without you leading it? What might it look like?

Yes, hopefully more growth and continuing to impact vulnerable lives.

In what ways is your identity tied to your organisation? If you’ve been in your organisation for a long time, what emotions are sparked when you think about not being a part of the leadership?

It is a big part of my life as my job is dealing with human lives, vulnerable babies, one day can look completely different from the next. Always need to be available for emergencies or new arrivals. It would be hard to not be apart of the leadership after being in the role for going on 6 years, it is sometimes hard to see myself in another role as I am so aware of the privilege and uniqueness to my job.

A time will come when someone else is leading your organisation. How will you make sure you will be ok with all the decision-making of the new leader if you have no say in it? What do you need to do to get yourself in that place?

Reminding myself that God has placed me there and the organization has been running long before me and will continue to run as long as God deems it so, He adds and takes away from the organization. My role is to be faithful in all seasons. To celerbate the change.
