What have you learned about leadership?
The dynamic aspect of leadership. The fact that good leadership results in people moving from A to B.
It’s also been good to reflect on the multifaceted aspect of leadership – influence, Servant, decision-making, vision and so on and so on.
Lord please help me to be a better leader, who reflects your heart and character in the way that I lead.
How will this affect your life, your family, your leadership, and your organisation?
In the various contexts of leadership that God has given me – I want to be able to reflect on and evaluate – how is this helping people to move from one place to another? Where am I taking them?
I want to continually be in tune with the leadership of the Holy Spirit in my own life, so that where and how I am leading others is good and right
