She certainly won’t institute one because she doesn’t see any value in board of directors.

– They bring wisdom and give organization reputation advantage
– Provide oversight and hold the CEO/President accountable
-They are source of funding. The organization can leverage on the board’s network, relationships & experience to expand its funding portfolio.
-Approve budget, policy and strategy .
5. What are the potential downsides or risks that might be incurred with a board of directors, if any?
– If not well selected, some board members can merely associates. They add no value.
