1) I have seen leadership at iThemba, i had never been at a place that believes in a person’s holistic development and not just wanting to see a tick on job requirements.
2) I have seen bad leadership at church circles, where everything revolves around a person and he just keeps getting better, richer while others are not growing in their lives. When they die everything falls and people do not know what to do!
