Gemma has been an effective leader in encouraging and releasing. She delegates well and trusts those she works with. When she needs to correct she does so in a way that doesn’t squash. She is approachable and not patronising.
Probably within Commission, there hasn’t been much movement of late because of the leader needing some help and support.
