My reflections
I believe that I need to ensure that there is strict accountability concerning the finances that I manage and ensure that I am as accountable as everyone else within the organisation. Because I am the director I get tended to be held less accountable, but I believe that the bar should be even higher for me, and that everyone needs to be aware of that.
